First Aid Kit
All items from the first aid kit and the drugs must be stowed sturdily. We use a small, solid and light tupperware box:

General material
- Tweezer
- Scissor and fixing pins
- Betadine (solution and ointment)
- 2 pairs of gloves
- Blister plaster
- Emergency blanket
- Leaflet on the use of the drugs

Bandage material
- 2x small gauze bandages
- 2x medium gauze bandages
- 2x sterile wound dressing
- 1x elastic bandages
- 3x tampon for hemostasis
- Steristrips
- Adhesive tape
Medicines
- To deal with severe pain, the following medications can be combined:
- Paracetamol (fever, headache, sore throat or aching limbs)
- Ibuprofen (back, joint, or muscle pain)
- Metamizol
- Antihistamin (allergic reactions)
- Lopramide (diarrhea)
- Meclozin (nausea, vomiting or motion sickness)
- Chinolon (general antibiotic)
- Atovaquone / Proguanil (Malaria prophylaxis)
Bee sting emergency kit:
- Epipen 0.3mg
- Antihistamines 10mg
- Prednisone tablets 50mg
